1. Eligibility for Returns:
– Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
– Only unopened products and items returned in a resalable condition will be accepted.
– Opened or used products, as well as products that are damaged or not in their original packaging, are not eligible for return.
– We will not accept returns for items that are part returned. For example, if you order 100 of a single item, and return 50. This is not eligible for return. 

2. Return Process:
– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase date.
– Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product.
– Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the return approval.

3. Return Shipping:
– The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
– We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
– Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process:
– Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund within 3 days from the date of receipt.
– The refund will be issued in the original payment method used during the purchase.
– Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

5. Exclusions:
– Certain items are exempt from our standard returns policy due to their bespoke nature. This is highlighted on the product information at the time of ordering. 
– All custom printed envelopes are excluded from our returns policy. 
– Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales may have different return policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Products:
– If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately.
– We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs or a description of the damage, to expedite the resolution process.
– Once verified, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
