We are located in the United Kingdom, but we also ship internationally, with extremely competitive delivery charges.
We are adding more countries to the list every week, so do keep checking back if we have yet to set up delivery to your country.
We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, the same day. Sometimes, when we do not have the quantity you’ve ordered in stock, we will have to order these products from our suppliers. On our product pages, you will see the dispatch time based on your quantity selection.

Fixed rate of £50.00, on any size order. Tracked delivery, delivered within 2-5 days. We will provide you with tracking information, to keep you up to date with your parcel’s progress.

We do not ship to New Zealand, or Russia.
VAT & Import Duty
When placing an order for delivery outside the UK, please be aware that because you have not paid VAT on our website, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply once the parcel arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient before the parcel can be delivered.
To assist with a smooth delivery process, we have provided our shipping partners with the necessary details to contact you regarding any applicable fees. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout, as the courier or customs office may need to reach you.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information on potential charges before placing your order.
Below are some examples of how import duties and VAT may apply in different countries:
- Republic of Ireland – Orders from the UK to Ireland may be subject to Irish VAT (typically 23%) and customs duties if the order value exceeds €150. The courier will notify you of any charges before delivery.
- Spain – Shipments to Spain may incur VAT (usually 21%) and customs handling fees. If the order value exceeds €150, additional import duties may apply.
- Norway – Orders sent to Norway are subject to Norwegian VAT (currently 25%) and potential customs duties, depending on the product type. The recipient must pay these fees before the parcel is released for delivery.
